Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At Quick Grab, we are committed to delivering high-quality bakery packaging, raw materials, and baking essentials. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy helps us maintain the quality, hygiene, and safety standards of our bakery ingredients and packaging products.
Transit Damage
While we take utmost care in packaging every order, products damaged during transit are not covered under our return or replacement policy. We recommend that customers inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery.
Shortage or Missing Items
If you receive an order with missing or incorrect items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
To process your request, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory and must meet the following requirements:
- The video must begin before opening the sealed package.
- The shipping label and order details should be clearly visible.
- All six sides of the package must be shown before opening.
- The package should be opened in a single continuous recording without any cuts or edits.
- The contents of the package must be clearly visible throughout the video.
Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Review Process
Once your claim is received, our team will carefully verify the provided evidence. If the claim is found to be genuine, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Send the missing or incorrect item(s), or
- Provide an appropriate store credit or refund where applicable.
The decision of Quick Grab after reviewing the claim shall be final.
Non-Eligible Claims
The following situations are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements:
- Damage caused after delivery.
- Transit damage.
- Products ordered by mistake.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Claims made without an uninterrupted unboxing video.
- Claims reported after the specified reporting period.
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
