Quick Grab is a retail and wholesale supplier of bakery packaging, bakery raw materials, baking ingredients, imported bakery products, cake decorating supplies, baking tools, and bakery essentials. We serve professional bakeries, cafés, retailers, baking institutes, and home bakers across India through our retail store and online platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order with Quick Grab, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Shipping Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing for all products. However:

Product images are for reference purposes only.
Actual product packaging or appearance may vary depending on the manufacturer.
Product availability is subject to stock.
Quick Grab reserves the right to update product details, prices, or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping charges are separate and are calculated based on the actual weight, dimensions, destination, and courier charges.

5. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

The order has been accepted by Quick Grab.
Full payment for the products has been received.
Product availability has been verified.

Quick Grab reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other legitimate business reason. In such cases, any eligible payment received for unavailable products will be refunded.

6. Payment Policy

Quick Grab operates on a 100% Advance Payment basis.

Full payment for products is required before order processing.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Shipping charges are calculated separately after packing the order.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

Actual package weight
Package dimensions (volumetric weight)
Delivery location
Courier partner charges

Quick Grab does not charge any commission or additional margin on shipping costs.

Customers are required to pay the shipping charges directly to the courier or logistics partner using the payment details or QR Code shared by Quick Grab. Customers pay only the actual shipping amount.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We offer Pan India shipping.
Orders are dispatched after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and destination.
Delivery delays caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond the control of Quick Grab.

9. Transit Responsibility

Every order is carefully packed before dispatch.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility for transportation rests with the courier service. Quick Grab is not liable for any damage, delay, or loss that occurs during transit.

10. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of bakery products and packaging materials:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted after delivery.
Transit damage is not covered.
Claims for shortages or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show:

The sealed package before opening.
The shipping label.
All sides of the package.
The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.

Claims submitted without the required evidence may be rejected.

If a claim is verified, Quick Grab may, at its sole discretion:

Send the missing or incorrect item(s), or
Provide a suitable refund or store credit where applicable.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Carefully reviewing their order before confirming payment.
Inspecting the shipment immediately upon delivery.
Following all product usage and storage instructions where applicable.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, product descriptions, images, designs, and branding, is the property of Quick Grab or its respective owners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

Quick Grab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services, including delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the products purchased from us.

14. Privacy

Customer information shared with Quick Grab is used only for order processing, customer support, and improving our services. We do not sell or intentionally share personal information with third parties except where required to complete your order or comply with legal obligations.

15. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Quick Grab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this website.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or transactions with Quick Grab shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.
