Pan India Shipping

We proudly offer Pan India shipping, delivering our products to customers across the country through reliable courier and logistics partners.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not included in the product prices and are calculated separately based on:
  • Total weight of the order
  • Package dimensions (volumetric weight)
  • Delivery destination
  • Courier partner rates
As shipping costs vary for every order, the exact shipping charges are calculated after your order is confirmed and will be communicated to you before dispatch.

Payment Policy

Quick Grab follows a 100% Advance Payment policy for all orders.

  • Full payment for the products must be completed before the order is processed.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Once your order is confirmed and the product payment is received, we calculate the shipping charges based on the actual courier cost.

Direct Shipping Payment

To maintain complete transparency, Quick Grab does not charge any commission, handling fee, or profit on shipping charges.

After your order is packed and the shipping cost is finalized, we will share the official payment QR Code or payment details of our courier/logistics partner. Customers are requested to make the shipping payment directly to the shipping company.

This ensures that you pay only the actual shipping cost without any additional charges from Quick Grab.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are packed with utmost care to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Once your order has been shipped, the shipment details and tracking information will be shared with you.

Transit Responsibility

While every order is packed securely using appropriate packaging materials, Quick Grab is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit after the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.

Customers are advised to inspect their package immediately upon delivery. Any shortage or incorrect items must be reported according to our Return & Refund Policy, along with a valid uninterrupted unboxing video.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier partner and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, transportation delays, remote delivery locations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Quick Grab is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
